Your support helps defray the cost of HOA expenses, including but not limited to publication of the newsletter, maintenance of the website, social events, and covenant enforcement. Reasons and Benefits for Membership:
The Charter HOA supports covenant enforcement, with a goal to maintain property values and ensure changes enhance the neighborhood.
The Charter HOA supports and coordinates Neighborhood Watch efforts in The Charter HOA Neighborhood.
The Charter HOA provides information that may be of concern to its members. This includes the ability to contact the board via email or phone with questions and concerns, as well as an open invitation to attend the monthly meeting of the HOA Board of Directors.
The Charter HOA organizes and pays for popular events for its members, such as the Annual Easter Egg Hunt, the Annual Summer Festival, and the Annual Holiday Party and Sleigh Ride.
The Charter HOA publishes an annual newsletter for residents.

The Charter HOA & ACC award a Yard of the Month designation to the most beautiful yards in the neighborhood during each month of the summer season. In addition, they award a Holiday Lighting Decor for the home with the most beautiful holiday lights display. These awards are given to dues paying members of the HOA and include a yard sign for the month and a $50 gift card.
The Charter HOA stays informed of new development and changes in the City of Lone Tree and provides input to City leaders. (Check out “Historical Information” for examples of past involvement)
