The City of Lone Tree

The City of Lone Tree City Council meets at 7:00 p.m. at the Lone Tree Civic Center on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. The City of Lone Tree is primarily funded by a sales tax and a use tax and does not have a property Tax or any other tax directly on homeowners.

This facility is in the Ridge Gate portion of the City of Lone Tree. It is a full service hospital including emergency room.

Others:
Acres Green is not in the City of Lone Tree. Highlands Ranch, although not a City, is a large development directly west of The City of Lone Tree  Meridian Office Park is across I-25 and has some development on a parcel of land south of Lincoln Avenue. Part of the city of Centennial is on the north side of County Line Road. Inverness Office Park is northeast of the City of Lone Tree  Arapahoe County is on the north side of County Line Road.
