The Charter HOA is one of two non-mandatory associations in the City of Lone Tree. We are Filing #1 in the Lone Tree Area. Your Board of Directors meet at the Lone Tree Civic Center on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM.

	Board members are elected to serve two year terms with elections held in April each year. These are volunteer positions. Board of Directors – 2 Year Terms (End Date)
