The Charter HOA Board meets monthly on the first Wednesday of the month at the Lone Tree Civic Center in Community Room A from 7-8 PM. All members of The Charter neighborhood are welcome to attend.
The Charter Neighborhood Watch meets every other month on the first Wednesday of the month at the Lone Tree Civic Center in Community Room A from 5:30-6:30 PM. All members of The Charter neighborhood are welcome to attend.
The Lone Tree Civic Center will be undergoing construction for interior renovations during September and October of 2024, as a result, we will not be meeting at the Civic Center during these months. Instead the HOA Board will meet at a private home to discuss the agenda and will be unable to accommodate visitors for these two months. The Neighborhood Watch meeting in September will also be relocated and the location will be announced by our NW Coordinator, Joshua Ellison. If you have a concern or topic you would like to bring to the attention of the HOA Board, please email myhoacharter@gmail.com
