The City of Lone Tree City Council meets at 7:00 p.m. at the Lone Tree Civic Center on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. The City of Lone Tree is primarily funded by a sales tax and a use tax and does not have a property Tax or any other tax directly on homeowners.

Park Meadows Metropolitan District – 303-779-4525,
PMMD meets at the Civic Center at 5:00 p.m. on the 4th Monday of each month.  They are an important partner of the City of Lone Tree. PMMD is a special road tax district and was formed in 1982 before the City of Lone Tree came into existence. Today PMMD partners with the City of Line Tree on transportation projects as well as maintaining right-of-ways adjacent to major arterials and medians.  They are funded through a mil levy on your property taxes.

South Suburban Parks and Recreation – 303-347-5999,
Regular public meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Goodson Recreation Center, 6315 S. University Blvd.  SSPR is funded by a mil levy on your property taxes and by fees for use of their larger facilities. In The City of Lone Tree these are the golf course, the Lone Tree recreation center and the Cook Creek Pool. Sweetwater Park is not in The City of Lone Tree but is used by the city for the 4th of July Celebration, the Concerts in The Park and other events.

Southgate Water and Sanitation – Denver Water 303-779-0261,
Regular meetings are on the 2nd Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. They are held at their offices at 3722 East Orchard Road, Centennial, Colorado.  Your water is provided by Denver Water. It is delivered by Southgate Water and
Sanitation which is funded by a mil levy on your property taxes.

These are communication options in The Charter HOA Area. Any exterior installation (i.e. satellite dish) on any property in The Charter HOA Area requires prior Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval.

SkyRidge Hospital
This facility is in the RidgeGate portion of the City of Lone Tree. It is a full
service hospital including emergency room.

Acres Green is not in the City of Lone Tree. Highlands Ranch, although not a
City, is a large development directly west of The City of Lone Tree.
Meridian Office Park is across I-25 and has some development on a parcel of land
south of Lincoln Avenue. Part of the city of Centennial is on the north side of
County Line Road. Inverness Office Park is northeast of the City of Lone Tree.
Arapahoe County is on the north side of County Line Road.
